Refund and exchange policy

Unfortunately at this time, we are NOT accepting returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@playnicestudio.live with details and pictures of the noticeable defects. We will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within three business days; based on the order of the inquiry

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund, or exchange was approved or not. If approved for refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the return shipping cost. If approved for exchange, once the return items are received, you will be contacted with in stock replacement options.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damage caused to your purchase due to mishandling of care is unfortunate, however not a covered issue, or loss, by the brand. Please follow our recommended care instructions to prolong your garments.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final sale items or gift cards.

Risk of Loss

All purchases through the Services are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon Play Nice Studio’s delivery of such items to the shipping carrier. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for filing any claims with the applicable carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Play Nice Studio is not responsible and will not reimburse any duties or taxes resulting from your refusal of delivery or failure to pay additional duties upon arrival.
