Disclaimer
Due to most our tees being printed individually after each purchase, production time varies and usually occurs within 2-3 days of purchase, unless it is a made to order item. As they are individually printed there may be very minimal variations in the size of prints. We try our best to make sure this does not happen; however, we acknowledge that this sometimes does occur. We hope you enjoy our tees as much as we like designing them
delivery help
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) and can take 1-7 business days to process before being shipped. Made to order items are subject to longer waiting times, as production has not been completed and this we extend the time needed to create the item before processing for shipping. Estimated timeframes are included on the product description for these items.
Why do I have to confirm acknowledgement at checkout?
Made to order items can take longer than standard proccessing and shipping timelines. We ask customers to acknowledge that their order consist of a made to order item in case they missed this disclaimer prior to adding the item to their cart and beginning the checkout process. This is to ensure the customer is aware that a minimum of 20 business days may be required before the item is shipped.
Where do you ship to?
USA only. Some international countries are available.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders ship domestically with USPS, or UPS.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking numbers are only sent to the purchasers email after item(s) ordered has (have) been processed, item(s) has (have) been printed, and is(are) prepared to ship.
I’m missing an item from my order
Firstly make sure the item isn’t lost amongst the wrapping or stuck to the inside of the parcel. If you still can’t find it please contact us at support@playnicestudio.live and we will get this sorted for you.
risk of loss
All purchases through the Services are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon Play Nice Studio’s delivery of such items to the shipping carrier. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for filing any claims with the applicable carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
chargebacks
As we have announced in multiple sections and areas on our website as well as social media, estimated turnarounds, chargebacks are against our terms and conditions. They will be handled appropriately on a case by case. Should an unjustified chargeback be filed, this will result in your email address and address being banned from further purchase from our website. Orders that are placed with information related to previous falsified chargebacks, can be reviewed and cancelled for all future orders.
